Afrihost: Worst Internet Service Provider

I have received nothing but absolutely atrocious service from afrihost since day 1. For starters, when I got my wifi they charged me for the internet before they even delivered my router, which I only received some 4 days later. Now I am sitting without wifi, and no one can actually help me with anything beyond telling me that “they have logged the fault”. When the fault was logged they undertook to have it marked as urgent and that it would be rectified by Monday. This was not done. I work from home and have had to buy 20gb worth of data just to be able to do my job. I keep getting told to contact the call center, who is completely useless and cannot help, and get transferred from one person to another and put on hold, with no resolution. Why must I contact the call center if they cannot help? I am also always getting told that a manager will call me, but no one ever does.
