AFRIHOST WORST FIBRE COMPANY

Unfortunately I have to highlight a star to proceed with my review, otherwise there would be nothing.

I have struggled to get Fibre at my new address for 4, exactly 1 month today. It's been a nightmare, duplicate orders, no follow up, different stories 3 times a day. It's actually ridiculous!! No one makes an effort to find out or to help. Even after all my complaints not one call back.

Same apology and understanding speech every call but no Fibre, no resolution and ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!

Promises from managers to get feedback and nothing.

Only 3 consultants who were prepared to try go the extra mile out of a 4 week process of 3 to 4 calls a day with different people.

The worst experience with a Fibre company.
