Afrihost worst fiber service in SA

It's most probably the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, we are struggling for 7 weeks now to have a fiber line installed and finished. First we waited 3 weeks for the people to install the line and when they finally came they didn't connect the data point, going 4 weeks down the line all together 7 weeks still no fiber. Calling them daily to have the installation finished and all we get is SORRY!!! Its ridiculous how *********** this company is, how difficult is it to have your installers complete an installation at a site. All you get is ( we are sorry for the inconvenience, we will send a email). Stay away from Afrihost, you will only get high blood pressure and *********** service no fiber and a deduction from your account for fiber you don't have.
