Afrihost Worst Customer Supper and LTE experience

I recently signed up for LTE. I got my SIM put it into my LTE device and was happy. Internet was great. Next minute it stops working. I keep trying to reconnect and nothing. Luckily I have email on my phone. Afrihost just send a mail saying my SIM has been blocked because I am using am unsupported device. This is the same device I used for Telkom, Cell C and Vodacom. The support guy Sabelo just gives some automated response saying I need to get an approved LTE device. They don't even phone you to tell you what is happening. If I did not have email on my phone i would have never known cause they cut my Internet off. Afrihost was voted provider of the year a few times in the past but they are not the same anymore. Could not care about end user at all.
