Afrihost -Worst Customer Service ever. Debit order was in line with what they decided for me & not what I decided for myself

Experienced terrible customer service. Afrihost didnt not notify me of a debit order increase and processed an amount 4x my usual debit order amount for renewals of parked domains I did not request. They decided on my behalf and processed the debit order. Was not afforded the decency of notifying me prior to the increase in debit order however I was expected to pay. Would not recommend them, your better off with another service provider because the support staff are very unhelpful & only worry about ticking the box that 'they have emailed you' yet you remain unhelped for months. Poor customer service to retain clients. Would not recommend them to anybody.
