Afrihost worst customer service ever.

We have been with Afrihost for almost 5 years, whenever they have server issues and our mails is down - you are not able to speak to anyone who can give you any information other than a technician that tells you they are having problems and they are working on it. As a comapny that sends invoices and statements to our clients on a daily basis and is dependent on this to make a living, we have lost a lot of money. When you phone reception and ask to speak to a senior person for answers, they insist that someone will phone you back. The service via their call center is the worst ever, nobody can give you answers - your calls is diverted from reception to other departments and the people you are talking to will never give their names so you can report this bad client service. I will never deal with Afrihost again and is currently looking for another web hosting service due to their absolutely poor telephone ethics, and extremely poor client relations.
