AFRIHOST-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My internet service is extremely slow and unstable .I have upgraded the line speed AND my monthly subscription has obviously increased however my line is now slower than ever .I have tried to contact Afrihost technical.Permanent 45 minute delay to speak to a technical operator .Nobody returns calls ,customer service non -existant.Useless company !!!
