Afrihost - Worst Customer Service!!

I'm a first time client of Afrihost, and after being referred to them by a friend, I was anticipating the best service. I signed up on the 29th of November 2019, to make the most of the #blackfriday deals. I received confirmation of my data sim order via email, and was told I could collect my sim card that afternoon between 8:00 - 17:00 at their head Office in Rivonia. I rushed from work to ensure that I got to their Head Office before closing time stipulated. I arrived at 16:20, only to be told by the security guard that they had closed the offices earlier for a staff party. Not once was this communicated to me upon placing my order. i assumed that to speed up the process of me receiving my data card, i would collect rather than wait for delivery which would've only have taken place that following Tuesday. Not only was I inconvenienced as I had to take time off work to collect my card, I had to make arrangements for someone to collect my children from school as I would be late. I now sit with a prorate payment for the weekend, no sim card, lost time, and children who are disappointed as they could not enjoy their favourite online tv programmes. Well done Afrihost - I hope that this is not the start of our business relationship?? I look forward to your response!
