Afrihost worst Custemer service ever

I signed up as they said they can help quickly in November. I'm still waiting for feedback and no Fibre. I have phoned numerous times and nothing happens. I even was told they will phone me back and they don't. Whatsapp is useless and with no service and no customer care. I cannot see how they can still survive!!!!
