Afrihost worst connection

I’ve had the worst experience with Afrihost . Its my first paid month and they firstly promised me a free month which I ended up paying prorata for if doesn’t end there but since May started I haven’t been able to access certain social media platforms. It’s selective if it does work but mostly it just doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to so many consultants who ask me to do the same thing and just end up escalating the matter giving me query number only for me to be asked to do the same thing by another consultant and not actually escalate the matter and finally have functional connection.
