Afrihost , World Class ******* client service. S****ing the bottom of an evil smelling barrel

My fibre connectivity wend down 18:40 on 12 November 2019. I tried to resolve 1) Telephone , answering service only since after hours, refer to whatsapp help 2) Wharsapp help refer to client zone 3) Client zone refers to help centre 4) Help refers to multiple network notices, “read more” 5) Click on read more and guess what, they have a green logo with “Everything is looking good. There are no problems to be reported”

So not a single place where I can be helped. Only referrals to links where I can read, go to the next and ultimately a green logo with lies. I am absolutely furious. World Class Gold Cup ******* organisation -// Afrihost
