Afrihost wont pay back a double debit that they did.

They double debit me, tell me they will pay me back. I have to call 4 times, they then tell me no the money they will keep on credit. I tell them there is not a chance in Hell, get promised that the money has been refunded to me. Nothing, I do the whole process again, again get promised that it will be refunded nothing. Call them they tell me that my money is on credit. I am so sick of these debit orders. Absolutely pathetic. Been waiting 18 days for them to repay me the extra money they took without my permission with new excuses the whole time.
