Afrihost with terrible (non) service

No joy from afrihost on my prepaid fibre line, my troubles started when I requested a migration from coolideas to afrihost, I was informed by coolideas that once my voucher expired, then I won't be on their system anymore, no line holding for 30 days and i don't have to request or go through the 30 day notice period, my last coolideas voucher expired on the 26th Oct 2019 at 00:00 and since then I've had no fibre connection, today (5th Nov) i was informed by mitchellsfiber that the issue has been resolved, vumatel who did the fibre rollout also confirmed that is the case, got in touch with afrihost and their support tells me there's still a voucher on my line that expires the 28th Nov, which can't be true and if it is, it would be their own voucher as i don't have a debit order with coolideas, meaning they won't and can't auto load a voucher, the only vouchers I tried from the 1st Nov has been the afrohost ones they supp**** me (they gave me 3 as I got an error with every voucher I used from them) how can a voucher have been loaded from another isp (according to afrihost support) when I have not bought one from anyone, not to mention, this non existent voucher (on my portal it shows all vouchers expired) which doesn't reflect on my prepaid portal does not work as my fibre line has been down since 26th Oct it's been almost 2 weeks now and all I get is "this matter has been escalated" how about telling the truth on where the problem actually lies?

On a side note, my sister lives down the road from me and requested a line install, she received her token and tried to use it, she also gets an error message stating "this voucher has already been used" that is also from afrihost, so they seem to be the common denominator here, coolideas is **** with all their outrages I've had, that was the main reason I've wanted to go with afrihost, now I have no fibre connection at all, afrihost really needs to pull their finger out and do something about this, I won't be holding my breath though.
