Afrihost with bad delivery

I have ordered the Fibre with Afrihost somewhere beginning of Jan on the 3rd, and I have been communicating with agents through whatsapp since the 5th checking when are they installing. They have only sent the router and even today they still haven't installed, now I'm losing customers in my business because of them.
