AFRIHOST WILL KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY

<p> </p> <p>I had an afrihost contract since September 2014. Which i cancelled in February 2015...i had the 3gig + 3gig package which was R299 pm ....i then cancelled the contract in february 2015...i did not get any benifits since and was told everything was cancelled. I then received a noticed that R99 pm has been taking from my bank account since that time. Up until now. When i sent a email to afrihost. A person named Fazile rep**** and told me the R99 was for a (Plus service) that i was UNAWARE about...and informed me it had not been cancelled with the contract..afrihost then cancelld the "plus service" ...and told me the funds will b refunded back to me. I then only received a refund of R297. When query as to y i did not receive a refund since i cancelled the contract and the money was taken out of my accout since 2015 after my contract was cancelled. I was just got a reply from arihost saying that " the money could only be refunded for 3months and that was in good faith" . and when i query . Y is it that i would not be refunded since the time i cancelled the contract . i do not get any answer on that .</p>
