Afrihost will just upgrade your package without consent

After using them for almost a decade I phoned in to get the package changed due to financial limitations. They showed me a price list, where I realized the package I’m on is more affordable than the ones they currently offer.

Long story short- I asked them to rather leave the package as is. Woke up this morning and more than double of what my package costs was taken out of my account.

As of now they have not rectified it. I’ve eaten a lot of s*** from this company over the years but this was the final straw. You do realize that there are other ISP’s?
