Afrihost wifi service providers

Afrihost was a very good service provider for the first year. After that I am struggling to open even my emails. It is more than a year now, every time they say they will look into it. Nothing has been done. I went to them becasue of my previous service provider poor services. I have to use my internet for my income, it is so slow you wait for almost 10 minutes to get your emails open. Now suddenly they start to deduct the topup money extra. As everyone now, you must first pay for the top ap then the wifi will work again. Now Afrihost take it again. And they refuse after prove of payments to refund you. And I had to do top apps due to the slow internet.
