Afrihost - Why are you leaving?

I've been with Afrihost for 2+years and had zero problems. Now they're changing over to Vumatel and I've been without internet since last night, received no update as to why I have no Wifi, and received no payment update - which they were supposed to do in order for this transfer to go through seamlessly.

Well guess what? It has not been seamless. I've been asking since the first time we received the emails : "Where's the new payment details? Why must we wait until the end of the month to receive the new payment notifications?"

So Vumatel / Afrihost - what's your answers?
