Afrihost-What a dissapointment

<p>My internet line and data package is with Afrihost. For the last 3 weeks I had no internet due to a Telkom issue.</p> <p>Afrihost doesnt want to credit my account for the time I havent had internet until Telkom resolved the issue on their side. To top it up Afrihost knew that my internet is off and Im very unhappy but still processed a debit order for this month, when they know I dont have any intetnet service at this stage.</p> <p>Further they are failing at pushing Telkom to fix the fault. </p> <p>Im very very unhappy with them, and wont recommend them to anyone.</p>
