AFRIHOST WERE THE BEST- NOW THEY ARE THE WORST WITH MTN

<p>On 5 August 2016 I requested the blacklisting of my Sim in my ****** iPad. The data contract was with Afrihost through MTN. Till then I had always had good service from Afrihost- which is why I switched all my mobile/data/ADSL lines to them. They acknowledged receipt the same day under reference [#CVY- ********** 4]: FW: FW: Lost iPad.<br />Since then I have phoned repeatedly, written dozens of emails, been in to MTN- and nothing happens. As a result my insurance claim is unable to be processed and I am now going to have to bring an application to court to get them to do what is necessary. Luckily I am a lawyer.<br />Bottom line- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AFRIHOST/MTN </p>
