Afrihost weekend support non-existent

Has anyone ever been able to plan their internet interruption timing? Dumb question, right? But it would seem that Afrihost as my SIP thinks that internet interrruptions/problems only happen during normal office hours. I work from home and my internet has been down since 18:30 last night, Sunday, 01 June 2025. Neither Afrihost, not Openserve have support on Sundays. The rates at Afrihost are anything but cheap, so why is there no support when I need it? I sent a WhatsApp to their support account @ 19:44 hoping to receive a response today, their office hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, but nothing. I sent another request via WhatsApp this morning, 02 June, 08:36. It is now 09:03 and no response. This is unacceptable service!
