Afrihost webdesign cannot create, only copy and paste and I have to pay for it?????????????????

I have just paid for a website design at a company that is REFUSING to do anything but copy and paste!!!!How the hell am I suppose to pay for a website design if there is no creativity??? I had to ask 2 WEEKS for a call just to be informed that they can only copy and paste ..................... @#$%^&*() ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
