Afrihost: we lie, we cheat, we *****.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ********!

In September 2020 I attempted to sign up with Afrihost for fibre. They said it would be installed and the rest of it but nothing came for 5 months. Not a technician, not a SIM card. Absolutely nothing. Now, in February 2021, I finally seemed to make some headway with them, only to be told that I owe for the 5 months I which afrihost provided me with NOTHING and did not respond to my numerous attempts at contacting them.

After CANCELLING my order with them because I was so unhappy with the service, they had to audacity to take money from my account and refuse to correct this.
