Afrihost & Vumatel = ****PY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend signing up with Afrihost/ Vumatel :(

Not even 10 days since we have fibre but this is Day 3 without internet. Pathetic service. They can't or wont call you back, they don't have contact details for vumatel, the one blames the other. They close tickets without even phoning to see if everything is fine.

I phone them and they say they will phone back in 5 minutes and they dont

I have simply had enough of this ****py service . I going to see what is my legal rights to get my money back and they can go to hell with their ****py service.

I cannot take another day of this BS
