Afrihost & Vumatel Over promise, under deliver.

Have been paying increased rate since April 2019 for 10mbps, only receiving 4mbps. Have been sending emails, doing tests in conjunction with Call centre, sending photos, repeat, repeat repeat.. Vumatel refuse to assist. Have been begging for technician to come out, no luck.
