Afrihost & Vumatel *********** & Unwilling

I used Afrihost (ISP) and SADV (Fibre provider) for 2 years and I was so happy with their service, I never had any connection issued. However, a month ago I relocated to a new house and went through their online relocation steps. Everything went well until I had to connect. Since installation, I haven't had uninterrupted internet since. I have been phoning them and making my concerns clear but they seem to be *********** or unwilling to fix my connection. They still get their money every month, but I don't get the service I am paying for. This feels like ****************. It seems to be a fibre problem (Vumatel), but from 1 April one is not allowed to speak Vumatel anymore. So I have to work through my ISP. There is no way I can recommend AfriHost and Vumatel to anyone. Please stay away.
