Afrihost & Vumatel incompetence and lack of customer care!

Unfortunately there is no possibility of providing a negative review. I have two issues with Afrihost. The first being that they debited my account 3 times and yet I still do not have WiFi connectivity at my house. The second is between Afrihost and Vumatel. They have been sending me from pillar to post with no resolution. I am still not connected. I have 9 ticket numbers to show how many times I have reached out to them over the last 2 weeks, and have spent more than 90 minutes of my day today on a call trying to get this resolved. Still I have no connectivity. Frustrated.
