Afrihost & Vumatel - deplorable service far worse than govt

I logged the fault on the 13 March 2024 to Afrihost online help. Since that time, the Afrihost and Vumatel response took between 3 to 4 days to just send a technician to attend to the fault which I am told is on the road reserve outside my premises. The were only able to restore connectivity for a few hours at a time. In three weeks, I've had connectivity for just 3 days. Their service and response time is so deplorable, that no govt department even comes close to such ineptitude. My recommendation to anyone considering either Afrihost or Vumatel - get another service provider. They have absolutely no customer service, so its pointless doing business with them.
