afrihost vumatel bad service

im highly disgusted by the bad service im getting from this company i have app**** in last week for fibre payment was made friday and installation was done friday but still my line in not active i dont understand how pathecticly you guys can do you job hows that my problem that your workers did not do there wifi its almost again the end of the month then i have to pay for fibre i had not been using day in and day out i have to hear it will be sorted the next morning its been more than 24hours and still my line is not up and running i advice people not to join with vumatel disapointments above another keep your dam clients happy
