Afrihost / Vumatel bad communication & response

Afrihost is unable to deal with internet service issues. It's customer service is text based, and those people have set answers- essentially we're sorry you're inconvenienced. But they're unable to actually speak to Vumatel and let customers know what's happening. It's promise when signing up is 'pure internet joy' & that it will handle issues. Vumatel itself has no human contact option. Day 2 of no service, no information about when it will be back up. Really poor.
