Afrihost vs Vumatel....NO SERVICE

Beginning of April 2023, signed up for fiber, 3rd, Vumatel installed line. R618 DEBITED. 2 Weeks later only received the free router. 1,5 months later, still no internet but they insist we owe them money? Money for what? Vumatel did incorrect installation apparently but nobody contacted me to fix. Line still here, router still here, NO Internet! Come on?!
