Afrihost vs Vumatel - Worst experience yet

When I want to speak to a manager they are always conveniently in a meeting and after complaining further to the lady assisting me, she just ends the call - very poor service I was told it is possible to activate my fibre earlier than arranged initially more than willing to pay prorata fees and now I am just receiving excuse after excuse. Blame shifting - Afrihost is waiting for Vumatel and Vumatel is waiting for Afrihost in the meantime nothing is being done except for escalations that does not mean anything. Why do they have tickets? As I have to explain the whole story again and again each time I call. I regret listening to all the people that said Afrihost is the best as this is clearly not the case. Worst experience with a ISP yet and I have had bad ones.
