Afrihost vs Amazon - Awful vs Amazing

Ordered a Fixed LTE router and sim on 6th December. Their blurb "guarantees" delivery in 7 days. I emailed and phoned, (got very polite assistance) after 7 days and no delivery. Irate call on 18th got some response and delivery on 19th December. Must say that router and card have worked flawlessly since installation, but only packing the router on 17th December, when it was paid for on 6th December, just can't compare to 4 day delivery service from Amazon USA. Afrihost not bad, but sadly far behind international standards.
