Afrihost VOIP: a two-week nightmare

I made the mistake of installing Afrihost VOIP for a client. It took two weeks to get the handsets to register online. Each time a ticket is opened, a different individual deals with the problem, which then goes round and round in circles. Afrihost is merely a front for a telcoms company called Telviva, who actually provide the service. Afrihost's online chat or phone "experts" are generally clueless: can't communicate in English, simply repeat sections from the online blurb or, worst, provide information which is downright incorrect. Great website, user friendly interfaces, but woe betide if you need expert advice on their VOIP. (PS resolved a highly technical VOIP issue myself in the end).
