Afrihost voice package - impossible to port number

I signed up for afrihost voice. i have a prepaid mtn sim. I received an sms saying i'm now on afrihost. yet i was still on mtn. had to contact support. they said transfer is pending. Over 2 weeks have passed. Still pending. i said to cancel it. its taking way too long. In the meantime the system asked me to migrate my afrihost mobile data. there was no choice not to migrate. I had a 3gb plan. This was wiped out. i asked to restore my service on the afrihost data. Wrote to the CEO. still no reply. Now i'm paying for data on MTN when i had data on afrihost. whats going on with you guys? looks like you have fallen 10 steps back when joining MTN. You promise the world and the best prices but you fall very short on delivery!
