Afrihost very unprofessional

They scheduled an appointment for installation between 8am and 12, however NO ONE SHOWED UP, with absolutely no form of communication, this is sickening and disappointing, so unprofessional and Afrihost useless whatsapp helpline gets you no where!! they just there getting paid for using whatsapp they are of no help at all!!!! Nobody has contacted me up until now!!!!!!
