Afrihost very dissapointing Over a week for a line activation !

I moved from another ISP to Afrihost the line was supposed to be connected last Friday , I have called Afrihost probably 50 times since then , and I always just get the same response that it has been escalated and its Vumatel fault , I have called Vumatel aswell its very easy for each company to blame the other and nothing gets resolved ! I was expecting more service
