Afrihost very bad service that needs to be seen too

I have been with Afrihost for 4 months with WIFI and from the inception of the contract, the service has been bad .I have now been out of wifi since the 01.07.2019 up until the 8th May and they still have not sorted out my problem.I have made numerous requests through the client zone and each person has a different story. but the problem remains NO SERVICE. I have even written to the owner and he has not responded. What is it with organizations like this.all they care about is keeping a few happy and not acknowledging the problem. All they care about is taking our money and not supplying the service we pay for. They don't know how to remedy the problems and and at least acknowledge your complaint. Why can't we all that are having a problem with Afrihost stand together and call a meeting and challenge them for their faults.
