Afrihost - Useless Users working there and clueless

I signed up with Afrihost on Saturday and all i have experienced is useless people trying to do nothing. I spoke to over 15 people and i have had it, my last user was Prince M and no assistance at all. All i needed was to get my line migrated and my service activated but now i didnt order a router with the service because i have a router/ONT but now with the installation i have to add the router and i have to pay R999!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prince M all he/she could say is my account will be credited and i think i have had enough of people not wanting to help but rather explain and explain useless information. Really not happy with Afrihost and i have now cancelled my signup and will take my business elsewhere.
