AFRIHOST - useless *******

Worst possible service. Stay away from these fools. Waited 3 weeks for delivery of a LTE SIM. They are very fast to deduct money from you account but impossibly slow to deliver their product, which I have still not received, 3 weeks later. Afrihost and their pathetic courier company lie about delivery and shifts blame to the client for not answering their phone to give their own courier directions, when in fact no one has phoned. AND WHY MUST I SUPPLY DIRECTIONS TO A COURIER COMPANY?? Have sent mail after mail and nobody responds. HOW DARE YOU DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE NOT SUPP****? You are a bunch of useless *******!
