Afrihost USELESS!! ***********!!

WORST!!!! service and help desk ever!!!! I havent even received my sim card but already having problems with this company, firstly i ordered my Fixed LTE package over 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received it, then called and requested for the recepient oof my parcel to be changed to someonr else since im no longerr going to be around to collect the parcel. Worst decision Ever, its been escalated for the last 3 days to their Warehouse Department, they give each other feedback and not thr client and everytime you call its a new story, courier has been waiting for their confirmation of change but still nothing. On top oof that i get billed for the month whrn i havent even received my package, this has been thr worst experience and to think i havent even started using their product. I reallu wonder if its worth continuing with. USELESS!!! PATHETIC!! ***********!!!
