Afrihost - Useless Call Centre Agents....

I have never dealt with a more useless company. Between Afrihost and Vumatel, I don't know who the worst is. I have spoken to more than 10 people and interestingly enough, none cannot pick up who was in the profile and what the other did. How is that even possible? If it is not Afrihost blaming Vuma, it is the other way round. I dealt with Metrofibre prior to this and have never had these issues.
