Afrihost useless after sales

Afrihost has pathetic service!! No internet for 2 days , spoke to 7 diffrent agents after being put on hold for 45 minutes and every time same old story. Will escalate the matter but nothing happens. How dufficult is it to send a technician out and solve a problem. Useless after service.
