AFRIHOST - USELESS

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get an installation of fibre to my home. I keep getting emails to say that there is no fibre to the complex I live in. I keep telling them that EVERYONE in the complex has Vuma, so there is definitely fibre. I have emailed and emailed. I have whatsapped Afrihost and still no response. This company is ABSOLUTELY useless.
