Afrihost = Unreliable

I have no service since Tuesday 26/11/2019 on my MTN fixed LTE sim and I was told someone from your technical team will call me to resolve the issue but no one has contacted me. Absolutely pathetic service. I have spoken to numerous agents over the phone, whatsapp and email but no can assist. And now when I want to cancel I will be billed for this month even though I don't have service. Had adsl with Afrihost in the past and had connectivity issues but said I'd give you guys another chance, got fooled again.
