Afrihost - Unprofessional Service (Infact no service at all)

Ive been with Afrihost for quite some time. For the 1st 12 months i recieved amazing service and great internet speeds. However the passed few months its gotten worse and worse by the day. So bad that i am lucky to get 2meg on a connection which is supposed to be able to do way more. The major issue i have faced with Afrihost is their client service. They released a whats app feature if their call lines are closed you can chat to a representative via whats app. Ive spoken to numerous staff members. Yet nothing gets done. I recently spoke to a representative by the name of Hombile. They stated they would open up a ticket and would get back to me via email between 24and 36 hrs. It has now been over a week now and still no response from Afrihost nor the representative. I sit tonight not even being able to use my phone on the wifi because of how terribly slow the wifi is. Its fine to deduct my money every month but when it comes to having an issue sorted out it means nothing. I will be calling Afrihost to terminate this unprofessional service agreement.
