Afrihost unfortunately moving backwards in terms of service.

I have been with Afrihost for numerous years now and their service used to be great but nowadays it is an absolute nightmare! Do not expect better service than what you receive at government departments.

Twice in the last month I activated two domains from parked to hosted. Both times the websites did not become active. Both times I had to contact their Whatsapp support team and what a nightmare that was! Extremely unprofessional because they let you hold forever while they are supposedly looking what the problem is but when I became irritated the agent admitted that she is also busy with many other clients - why then tell me you are looking at my problem???? Both times I had to contact their service team several times before it was solved. The last time the agent just gave me an email address because she doesn't know what the problem is! You gotta be kidding me! Now 48 hours later my vleisland.com website is STILL offline!
