Afrihost unfair

i took out a contract with Afrihost for LTE data and have been paying for the past few months. i submitted all my documents at the start of this deal prior to activation obviously but they keep on denying me full access to their client portal to view my usage etc. because they say my account is not verified. hello i submitted my id document numerous times, even scanned my drivers license in color, they keep on requesting my id doc in color. the copy of my id i scanned is clear as daylight, all the information is clearly visible. nothing is unclear or not visible. i am paying full price for half the functions and they just dragging their feet with this with unfair hold backs that is just not holding water.
