Afrihost under delivers

Upgraded from ADSL to Afrihost Fibre and our bandwidth is shocking at times and this is for simple Skype home use. Call centre committed the resolve and 24 hours later we are still waiting. Logged a complaint on their App and despite a committed response within 30 minutes , one day later and still no contact - stay away from Afrihost if thinking of migrating.
