Afrihost under deliver!!!!

Not getting the service I am paying for , paying every month for a 40mb line … and what do I get 5 mb line.If I phone in to raise the point they are quickly fixing it and saying sorry this happens more then 2 time a month asking for what I am paying for….tired of this!!!!!
